Shipping and Return Policies
The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order.
We will then inform you by email if this should be the case.
International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
We ship from California, Illinois, New York, and Texas. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
Shipping: We ship all items usually within 1 business day of an order placement once the funds have cleared in our account. If there is a general delay happening on our end it will be clearly stated on our website.
Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 14 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
